Celebrating Dogs
I’m beyond excited to share that each of the 12 images I submitted to this year’s International Pet Photography Awards has received recognition! Out of these, one image earned a Silver Award, ten received Bronze with Distinction, and one earned a Bronze Award. It’s such an honour to see these portraits celebrated among so many talented photographers.
Most of these award-winning images were taken during my regular client sessions, capturing the charm and personality of each pooch in their natural element. From expressive eyes to playful poses, every pup brought their own unique spark to the session, making each portrait truly one of a kind.
Three of these awarded images were also created as part of the Embark Challenges by Charlotte Reeves and Craig Turner-Bullock from Unleashed Education. (If you missed my previous blog post about the Embark Challenges, feel free to check it out for more details on that amazing experience!) My portfolio for these challenges even received a Highly Commended award, which I’m incredibly grateful for, as these challenges have helped me bring out even more character in each portrait.
